Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cybersecurity Mentor to guide students through real-time projects, hands-on practicals, and industry-level training. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical exposure, and the ability to teach complex concepts in a simple and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Train students in core cybersecurity concepts, tools, and real-time scenarios.
• Guide learners through hands-on labs, practical tasks, and live project work.
• Provide mentoring on Cybersecurity fundamentals, Networking basics, Ethical Hacking, SOC operations, SIEM tools, Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), etc.
• Prepare and deliver training materials, exercises, and assessments.
• Support students with doubt clearing, project guidance, and interview preparation.
• Stay updated with the latest cyber threats, security tools, and industry best practices.
• Conduct sessions both online and offline based on requirement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of real-time experience in Cybersecurity, SOC, Incident Response, VAPT, or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of Networking, Operating Systems, Threat Analysis, SIEM tools (Splunk/QRadar/ELK), Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Malware analysis basics, etc.
• Practical experience with cybersecurity tools and attack-defense techniques.
• Good communication, mentoring ability, and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify and explain technical topics to beginners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications like CEH, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, SOC Analyst certifications, etc. (optional but preferred).
• Previous training/mentoring experience is an added advantage.
