About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack professional with 4+ years of industry experience to mentor students. The role involves training, guiding, and providing hands-on project exposure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on Java Full Stack technologies (Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, APIs, HTML, CSS, JS, React/Angular, SQL).
• Mentor students through real-time projects and practical assignments.
• Provide support in debugging, coding standards, Git, and deployment basics.
• Review student work and give feedback.
• Share industry-based examples and project workflows.
• Conduct assessments and track student progress.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.
• Strong knowledge of backend and frontend technologies.
• Good communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way.
• Local Chennai candidates preferred for offline/hybrid sessions.
• Training or mentoring experience is an added advantage.
