Job Description

As a Cyber Security Manager at Lenovo, you will be a part of the next generation of Managed Services and Solutions in the Solutions & Services Group (SSG). Your main responsibility will be to lead ISO27001 and SOC 1&2 compliance activities, ensuring alignment with various security standards and regulations at a global level. You will collaborate with Lenovo product teams worldwide and work alongside some of the best security teams in the industry. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct ongoing activities to uphold the current ISO27001 and SOC 1&2 Certifications for SSG. - Maintain metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and prioritize management action. - Provide constructive advice and challenge on the management of cyber risks throughout SSG. - Develop strategies to identify, mitigate, and manage current and emerging cyber threats in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Create, develop, and maintain security policies and practices. - Advise design, service, operations teams on security requirements and implementation. - Establish and maintain a strategy for managing security-related audits, compliance checks, and external assessment processes for auditors, including ISO27001 and SOC 1&2. - Liaise with auditors, both internal and external, to maintain and implement controls. - Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to other business functions. - Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business. - Stay up to date with relevant ISO standards, auditing practices, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security management. - Strong understanding of ISO27001 and SOC 1&2 compliance requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
