Job Description

As a Cyber Security Manager at Lenovo in the Solutions & Services Group (SSG), you will play a key role in leading ISO27001 and SOC 1&2 compliance activities. This exciting position offers you the opportunity to collaborate with Lenovo Product teams globally, aligning Lenovo Business Units with various security standards and regulations at regional, national, and international levels. You will work alongside top-tier security teams within the industry. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with business executives, product managers, architects, engineers, devops, and developers to ensure adherence to Information Security Standards. You will define methodologies, metrics, and KPIs, conduct security assessments, and communicate growth, improvements, gaps, and risks to business leaders effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Uphold ISO27001 and SOC 1&2 Certifications for SSG through continuous activities. - Monitor progress and prioritize management action based on established metrics and KPIs. - Offer constructive advice and insights on managing cyber risks across SSG. - Collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategies for identifying, mitigating, and managing cyber threats. - Develop, update, and enforce security policies and practices. - Advise design, service, and operations teams on security requirements and implementation. - Manage security-related audits, compliance checks, and external assessment processes, including ISO27001 and SOC 1&2. - Coordinate with internal and external auditors to implement controls and maintain compliance. - Provide subject matter expertise support to various business functions. - Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. - Stay informed about relevant ISO standards, auditing practices, and regulatory requirements.
