Cyber Security Engineer (IAM)

As an IAM Analyst at our office located in Hinjewadi, Pune, you will be responsible for administering user accounts and access privileges in the organization's identity management system. Your role will involve managing user accounts and permissions to ensure appropriate resource access, collaborating with the IAM team to implement and maintain IAM solutions, and troubleshooting and resolving IAM issues as they arise. In this position, you will also participate in IAM projects and initiatives, coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand access requirements, document the IAM program, and participate in audits. Additionally, you will provide training on the IAM system to new users and update the IAM system based on evolving business needs. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of experience with IAM systems and tools. A strong grasp of identity lifecycle management, authentication, and authorization is essential, as well as proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript. Knowledge of LDAP, databases, web protocols, and security standards will be beneficial, along with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred qualifications for this position include a professional IAM certification (e.g., Certified Access Management Specialist - CAMS), experience with multi-factor authentication (MFA) tools, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work mode based in Pune.
