Role & responsibilities

Proven experience delivering complex IAM or Authentication infrastructure projects in large, regulated organizations.

Technically versed and has the ability to analyze, review and adapt to different technologies

Experience in development and maintaining details of project plans, manage resources schedules, etc.

Experience in PoC/Pilot testing, rollout planning, and change management processes.

Work with architecture or production infrastructure design

Identity Access Management

Possess strong technical background with proven hands-on experience in delivering IAM and infrastructure projects

Strong understanding of modern authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, Kerberos, etc.) and their integration in enterprise environments.

Demonstrates ability to plan and support IAM authentication implementation

Knowledge of Tools and Technologies

Ability to collaborate with architecture and infrastructure teams for environment setup, production design, and rollout planning.

Expertise in multi-factor and password less technologies

Practical experience with Multi-Factor Authentication solutions (TOTP, Push Notification, Smartcard, FIDO2, or Password less).

Prior working experience with applications/platforms in the adoption of authentication protocols with an Identity Provider i.e. Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD

Working experience with Jira and Confluence

Define priorities and scope, keeping track of tasks, and project reporting

Mandatory skills

 Strong understanding of modern authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, Kerberos, etc.) and their integration in enterprise environments.

Desired skills

Project Management certification like PMP, PRINCE2,Agile certified practitioner

Understanding of FIDO2 / Web Authn / Passkey-based authentication models and Password less strategies

Awareness of broader IAM capabilities e.g., Identity Governance, Lifecycle Management, Privileged Access, and integration with authentication platforms.
