Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support the design and rollout of cybersecurity awareness campaigns and training sessions
Assist in preparing educational materials like newsletters, posters, emails, and presentations
Help conduct phishing simulations, quizzes, and workshops to test employee awareness
Collect and analyze feedback to improve awareness initiatives
Monitor and report on awareness program participation and effectiveness
Collaborate with IT and security teams to promote cybersecurity best practices across the organization
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends
Assist in documenting policies, procedures, and compliance requirements related to cybersecurity awareness

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (freshers welcome)
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and common threats (phishing, malware, social engineering)
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences
Detail-oriented and organized
Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Internship or project experience in cybersecurity or IT security awareness
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training platforms
Basic knowledge of IT policies and compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.)
