Cyber Security Architect - IT & Infrastructure Security

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, high integrity, strong work ethic and ability to empathize with the customer.

• At least 10+ years’ experience in Cyber Security implementation and operations with large organization, Bank, or global IT or consulting firm.

• Strong experience in Technology Risk Assessment.

• Exposure of Security Risk Assessment for emerging Technologies like AI, BlockChain, Quantum etc.

• Strong background of Enterprise Network Security Architecture, On-prem Data Centre Security and Cloud Security Architecture.

• Experience in network security solutions like Firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF, VPN, Experience in Server & Network Security, Antivirus, Active Directory, CASB, Email security, Cloud Security (Azure/AWS), Endpoint Security, Database Security.

• Experience in Infrastructure Security Baselining & Configuration Audits.

• Cyber Security Project Management Experience.

• Development of SoPs for Cyber Security Operations.

• Exposure implementation of Data Security solutions like CDR, IRM/DRM, Data Classification, DLP, PAM, ADFS, DNS Security, MDM, M365.

• Cyber Security Incident Management experience.

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability including analytical thinking and strong attention to details.

• Good understanding on TCP/IP, Networking, Patch Management, Hardening, Windows, Linux servers

• Good understanding of encryption tools and technologies; SSL Certificates, keys management, HSM and PKI infrastructure.

• Ability to take proactive and reactive steps to mitigate Network, OS and Application Layer Security attacks.

• Security incident response and investigation.

• Work as SME for Enterprise Cyber Security Architecture and posture management.

• Delivery SME support for internal and client Cyber Security Technology projects.

• In-charge for Infrastructure Security & IT Security Solutions, Technology Risk Review and Incident Investigations.

• Do POC and Further Rollout of Cyber Security Products and Solutions (including CDR,IRM, MDM, ATP, M365).

• Network Security Architecture Implementation and Ops Transition Risk Advisory

• QC and Escalation Points for NTA/CDR/Network & Perimeter Security Controls/Firewall/IPS/LB/IAM/PAM/MDM/Proxy /DDoS/WAF etc.

• Network Security Architecture for WAN and interfaces with other entities.

• Oversee adoption of Data Protection solutions like Data Classification, DLP, IRM etc.

• Security project management and SME for Central Banking Product Infrastructure Security Architecture

• Three Tier Architecture (SIT Setup)

• Provide SME advice on security tool capabilities and configuration adjustments when needed to contain security incidents or block future security attacks.

• SME to continually evaluate security control performance and effectiveness to facilitate maximum uptime and minimize malfunctions.

• Troubleshooting experience with Data security and application troubleshooting.

• Coordinating with business and understanding their requirements regarding security controls enhancements.

• Review of effectiveness of controls and preparing Risk dashboards.

• Lead continual improvement and benchmarking activities for Security Technologies and Solutions.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for timely delivery of the assigned engagements/projects.

• Presenting Project updates and Technology Risks to BU Head and Vertical Head.

• Prepare Weekly/Monthly service delivery reports.

• Reviewing the status of the projects and taking corrective/preventive measures as approved.

All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of five years, extendable by mutual consent
