Cyber Security Analyst - Senior II (IAM)

You will be working at FedEx ACC India in Hyderabad, India, as part of the strategic technology division. Your primary focus will be on developing innovative solutions to enhance productivity, minimize expenses, and update technology infrastructure to provide outstanding experiences for customers and team members across the globe. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement technologies across various domains including application, network/perimeter, data, endpoint, identity & access, and mobility. - Research and design countermeasures against security threats. - Coordinate with IT and end users to protect assets and minimize disruptions. - Provide information to management on business impact caused by security incidents. - Identify and assess security risks and vulnerabilities in cloud infrastructures. - Implement and manage identity & access management solutions. - Utilize AI and data science techniques for security analysis. - Develop and enforce security policies and best practices for cloud-based applications. - Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting thorough investigations. - Stay updated with cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies. **Skills and Qualifications: Must-Have Skills:** - Strong expertise in cybersecurity practices. - Proficiency in cloud security for AWS and/or Azure. - Experience with identity & access management solutions. - Knowledge of AI and data science techniques for security analysis. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong negotiation and project management skills. - Effective presentation skills. **Nice-to-Have Skills:** - Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar. - Experience with security tools for threat detection and response. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to cybersecurity. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Familiarity with DevSecOps practices. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems. - 6+ years experience in at least 4 of the following areas: Business continuity, network forensics, security frameworks, endpoint security, and more. - Strong technical, consulting, and project management skills. - Ability to effectively communicate technical information to various organizational layers.,
