Role Overview: As an Infoscion, you will actively support the consulting team throughout various project phases. This includes problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will explore alternatives to recommended solutions through research, literature surveys, vendor evaluations, etc., and build proof of concepts (POCs). Your responsibilities will involve creating requirement specifications from business needs, defining to-be-processes, and detailed functional designs based on requirements. Additionally, you will configure solution requirements on products, diagnose issues, seek clarifications, and identify solution alternatives. Your contribution to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers is crucial. Your ability to work with clients in identifying business challenges, refining data, and staying abreast of the latest technologies and trends will be essential. Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities are also vital in this role.
