Job Description

As a part of Pfizer's technology team, you will play a crucial role in building and supporting information security technology solutions for SAP ERP. Your technical expertise will be key in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting solutions that meet Pfizer's short-term and long-term needs. You will work on systems architecture and application infrastructure to deliver impactful results. Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze Security Bridge alerts and reports, coordinating cybersecurity remediation with the BASIS Cyber Lead - Research and implement software patches and upgrades to support Pfizer's cybersecurity strategy - Perform Basis administrative tasks and participate in Basis on-call rotation - Collaborate with the Global Information Security team on continuous cybersecurity improvement efforts - Work with cross-functional teams to triage issues - Analyze and resolve SAP Basis support and performance issues - Manage transport imports to support SAP change control processes - Troubleshoot issues with SAP Business Technology Platform Qualifications Required: - BS/BA in Information Technology or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of Information Technology experience - Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and traditional SAP Basis administration - Familiarity with database systems, operating systems, network configuration, and SAP HANA - Strong analytical and problem resolution skills - Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills This role will involve participating in day-to-day BASIS support for Pfizer's SAP systems, including on-call responsibilities and coordination of cybersecurity remediations. You will work closely with various levels of associates and leaders across Pfizer Digital functions to contribute to team discussions and process improvement efforts.,
