CX Value Architect Manager

Job Description: You will be responsible for providing transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce, and Advanced Customer Engagement. These services aim to help clients optimize their marketing, sales, and customer service strategy to drive cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction, and positively impact front-end business metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Translate strategic objectives into high-impact use cases in your area of expertise - Identify the right business scenarios and value levers (KPIs) based on clients" business priorities - Conduct compelling value creation workshops and detailed qualitative and quantitative research - Own the entire value creation process from research to value drafting and dashboarding - Define value architecting requirements and collaborate with Accenture teams to deliver solutions - Advise clients on industry best practices and examples of value creation and realization - Continually experiment with new tools, technologies, and sharpen analytical skills - Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client-side managers, business heads, and other stakeholders - Provide strategic, goal-driven solutions for clients and actively participate in meetings and workshops Qualifications Required: - 7 to 14 years of experience in strategy/value office & consulting roles with P&L exposure - MBA from a tier 1 institute - Deep understanding of Customer Service function in two industries - Good understanding of sales & marketing as a function - Solid experience in developing quantitative models and conducting qualitative and quantitative research - Proficiency in creating engaging storyboards using data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc. - Passionate about storytelling and excellent visual skills using tools like PowerPoint and Figma (Note: Additional details about the company are not provided in the job description.),
