Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Cutting Supervisor/Incharge to oversee and manage the garment cutting department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fabric cutting processes, team management, and strong knowledge of CAD-based pattern making and marker planning.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily cutting operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

· Plan and allocate fabric cutting according to production schedules.

· Ensure optimal fabric utilization to minimize wastage.

· Coordinate with production, sampling, and design teams for smooth workflow.

· Monitor machine and equipment maintenance in the cutting section.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Cutting Supervisor/Incharge in the garment industry.

· Strong understanding of fabrics, shrinkage, and lay planning.

· Pattern making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
