Cutting Supervisor/Incharge

Job Description: As a Cutting Supervisor/Incharge at Indiana Textiles Mill, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the garment cutting department. Your main duties will include supervising daily cutting operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency, planning and allocating fabric cutting based on production schedules, minimizing fabric wastage through optimal utilization, and coordinating with production, sampling, and design teams to maintain a smooth workflow. Additionally, you will be required to monitor machine and equipment maintenance in the cutting section. The ideal candidate for this position should have proven experience as a Cutting Supervisor/Incharge in the garment industry, a strong understanding of fabrics, shrinkage, and lay planning, as well as proficiency in pattern making.
