Cutover Manager

As a Cutover Manager at Coforge, your role involves leading the migration and cutover management team in collaboration with your Business Development counterpart. Your responsibilities include: - Staff, manage, and lead the migration and cutover management team along with your BD counterpart. - Define and validate a concept for migration and cutover management that supports an industrialized rollout. - Work across projects to understand data flow, use, and implications for data migration and cutover. - Continuously update the migration and cutover management concept document throughout the transition lifecycle. - Identify impacts of proposed changes on data migration, review and analyze gaps, propose solutions. - Improve the overall data migration and cutover management approach and governance by developing best practices, processes, and standards for effective data migration execution. Key Qualifications for this role include: - 12-16 years of experience in data integration and migration. - Strong team management and leadership skills.
