Customer Support/BPO Executive (Inbound & Outbound)

As a Customer Support/BPO Executive (Inbound & Outbound) at our company located in Bengaluru (MG Road), you will play a crucial role in managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring high satisfaction levels. If you have a customer-first attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people, we are looking for you to join our team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle inbound & outbound customer calls - Provide accurate information on products/services - Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Update records in CRM systems - Meet performance targets (calls, CSAT, resolution time) - Escalate complex issues as needed - Adhere to scripts, quality standards & compliance - Participate in regular training sessions **Qualifications Required:** - 1 to 5 years of experience in BPO/Customer Support/Call Center - Strong verbal & written communication (English or regional language) - Experience in inbound, outbound, or blended processes - Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus - Customer-first attitude & strong problem-solving skills - Preferred: Must have experience in insurance or banking sectors - Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage This is a full-time position that requires you to work from our office located in Bengaluru (MG Road).
