As a Customer Support Executive based in Padivattom, Kochi, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Your role will involve resolving customer queries, maintaining customer records, and updating databases to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction. Collaborating with internal teams for issue resolution will be a key aspect of your job. To excel in this role, you must possess fluency in both spoken and written English and Hindi, strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to handle customer interactions with patience and professionalism, basic computer knowledge, and typing skills. A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this position.
