Customer Support (US Market)

As a Customer Success Specialist at Illumine, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing the value that clients receive from our childcare management platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting onboarding and training sessions for new clients post-sales. - Offering ongoing support to customers, promptly resolving operational or technical queries. - Ensuring active usage of client accounts and engagement with platform features. - Monitoring account activity to identify signs of inactivity or dissatisfaction and mitigate churn risk. - Troubleshooting issues and communicating resolutions effectively. - Collaborating with internal teams to improve user experience. - Maintaining detailed documentation of customer interactions and recurring issues. To excel in this role, we would love to see the following superpowers in you: - 1 to 2 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or customer support roles. - Prior experience supporting U.S. or international clients. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong professionalism, patience, and a customer-first mindset. - Proficiency with CRM, support tools, and ticketing systems. - Good with Microsoft Excel for managing and analyzing client data. - Ability to handle multiple client interactions in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to work night shifts and occasionally on weekends as needed. - Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or a tech-based product support environment is preferred.
