Job Description

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in providing proactive support and exceeding customer expectations by leveraging your strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Your dedication to maintaining customer satisfaction and contributing to the support knowledgebase will be key in enhancing the customer support experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to optimize internal processes and procedures to streamline operations. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently resolve incidents using strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Provide customers with regular and timely incident updates - Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction - Reproduce and meticulously document software defects - Contribute to the support knowledgebase - Enhance the customer support experience - Optimize internal processes and procedures Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's / College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent - 1-3 years of experience in helpdesk support, application troubleshooting, or a customer-focused role - Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve high complexity customer issues - Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call if required - Previous customer support experience - Familiarity with Microsoft Technologies (SQL) will be an advantage Additional Details: Dayforce values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer that embraces the unique qualities of all individuals.
