Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and online platforms

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions

Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer information

Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with field sales and other internal teams for smooth execution

Prepare sales reports and maintain sales pipeline data
