In this position, you'll be the primary point of contact for our users, ensuring their questions are answered accurately, efficiently, and with a customer-first mindset. What You'll Be Doing

  • Timely response to customer queries
  • Provide correct, empathetic, and complete solutions to customer questions, ensuring high quality and no need for rework.
  • Independently research and resolve issues, coordinating with other teams as needed.
  • Drive tasks to completion by actively engaging with team members and internal resources.
  • Update online documentation based on new learnings and common queries.
  • Prioritize tasks and

    demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to move issues forward efficiently.
  • Follow all established checklists and customer success processes.
  • Provide updates in team meetings.

Requirements

  • Reasonable technical skills to understand Tummee platform features and functionality.
  • Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A flair for writing persuasively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for customer excellence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge about SaaS software platforms (good to have).

Qualifications

  • English majors

    or majors in any other branch with strong English speaking and writing skills.


Other Details

  • Part-time Work Availability

    : Minimum commitment of 2 hours per day during weekdays and 1 hour per day on weekends.
  • Location

    : Remote.
