Job Description

Stackd is a young, dynamic and rapidly growing company. The position offers the opportunity to grow to the management level for the right candidate.

  • Handle customer queries/complaints in a timely and accurate way, via CRM software, mobile/phone, email, or chat and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical or refund related issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Keep records of customer interactions and making refund records

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Must have a grasp on numbers and willing to handle large volumes of data.
