Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and service requests after sales and installation.
Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat support in a professional manner.
Address customer issues, troubleshoot basic solar system problems, and escalate technical matters to relevant teams.
Coordinate with operations, technical, and service teams to ensure timely resolution of complaints.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction levels are high.
Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues to improve products and services.
Support warranty claims and service-related documentation.
Bachelors degree or diploma in any field (preferred in Business, Engineering, or related).
1 - 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the solar/renewable energy or related technical industry.
Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
Ability to handle customer queries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Basic technical understanding of solar products will be an advantage.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
