Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer calls with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate product or service information to customers.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Manage customer complaints, follow up, and close issues within timelines.
  • Maintain detailed records on CRM/ERP/Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order updates and customer requirements.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate to the senior team.
  • Achieve call handling quality standards and response time targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support / Telecalling / BPO / Sales Coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, and polite).
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling attitude.
  • Good command over computer tools (Excel, Email, CRM).
  • Ability to handle pressure and high call volume.
  • Consistent job history and stable previous employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
