As a Customer Support Executive in the Voice Process (Inbound) for Indigo Airline at the MNC BPO located on Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal, your role involves handling inbound customer calls professionally, resolving queries, providing accurate information using the right tools, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing timely follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries. - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods. - Ensure customer satisfaction and perform timely follow-ups.
