As a Customer Support Executive at Seltam Technologies Solutions Pvt Ltd., your role will involve understanding customer requirements and providing the best customer service experience. You will be based in Kovilambakkam, Chennai, working in a rotational day shift with one rotational week off. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate fluently in English and at least one of the following languages: Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, or Malayalam - Cater to customer queries and concerns in a prompt and efficient manner - Utilize your minimum 1 year of experience in any BPO process to deliver high-quality support - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to meet the demands of the rotational day shift Qualifications Required: - Educational qualification of at least 12th pass, with any graduation or post-graduation being an added advantage - Proficiency in English communication is a must - Prior experience in a domestic voice process will be preferred Seltam Technologies Solutions Pvt Ltd. is a dynamic organization that values its employees" well-being.
