Customer Support / Review support

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Support to join our team. As a Customer Support Intern, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling queries, providing support, and maintaining a positive brand image. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Hindi and English, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to learn and grow in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.

· Assist customers with queries, complaints, and service-related issues.

· Manage customer reviews and feedback across different platforms.

· Provide product/service information and resolve customer concerns effectively.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

· Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.

· Contribute to improving customer support processes and service quality.

Requirements : (Only Hiring Female candidates)

· Graduation (completed or pursuing) in any stream.

· Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English (fluency is a must).

· Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools preferred).

· Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn

· Monthly stipend between ₹5,000 – ₹10,000.

· Hands-on exposure to customer support and client interaction in a startup.
