Customer Support Representative (US Voice Process)

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supervising assigned customer accounts and maintaining vital customer service with account representatives. Your strong communication skills will be essential in delivering customer expectations and addressing any issues that may arise with load issues at the shipper, receiver, product issues, overages, shortages, damages, rescheduling, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise assigned customer accounts - Maintain vital customer service with account representatives - Accept loads to McLeod via EDI electronic load tendering, confirm load information and appointment schedule - Clear EDI errors, review planning board, request additional shipments for lanes/regions below capacity - Track and trace equipment to provide customers with updates and ETA - Work with planners and dispatchers to provide timely updates into TMS - Address complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring service failures to designated departments for investigation - Assist with any issues that arise with the load issues at the shipper, receiver, product issues, overages, shortages, damages, rescheduling, etc. Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented - Experience with Outlook, Excel, and scheduling/software systems preferred Please note that this job is full-time and permanent with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund.
