Job Summary:

Pranav Doors and Windows Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team in Mohali. We are looking for female candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience in customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Update and maintain CRM with accurate customer interaction records
• Collaborate with the marketing team to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing strategies
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer queries and campaign-related issues

Requirements:

• Graduation in B.Com / BBA
• MBA in Marketing (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year in Customer Support (Freshers with strong skills may also apply)
