Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Client Support Representative at Can X Immigration & Consulting Inc. located in Jabalpur. The Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves effective communication with clients, drafting documents, reviewing, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and providing top-notch customer service. Qualifications Strong drafting, reviewing, and customer service skills Excellent communication skills Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues Ability to work well in a team Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Prior experience in a customer support role is beneficial Knowledge of immigration and consulting services is a plus
