Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Representative Location: Mumbai (On-site) Company: Logon Broadband (Wizbyte Networks Pvt. Ltd.) About the Role: We are seeking a friendly and solution-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues related to broadband connections, service inquiries, and technical complaints to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from customers Log and manage customer issues using the internal ticketing system Provide accurate information on services, plans, and technical support Coordinate with technical and field teams to resolve service-related issues Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction Maintain daily logs, call records, and service feedback reports Requirements: HSC or graduate in any field Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, CRM usage) Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (9-hour shift, 6 days a week) Why Join Logon Broadband?
