Work on multiple processes including blended process, domestic process, international process, and voice process. Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds. Meet performance targets set by the organization. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or similar industry. Excellent communication skills with ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software applications used in the call center environment.
