Job Description

As a Process Associate at our company located in Jaipur, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to the US to check claim status, handle denials, and determine patient eligibility. Your primary tasks will include checking insurance follow-ups, meeting productivity and quality targets within the specified timeframe. We are looking for candidates who are graduates in any discipline with a good command of English (both oral and written) and are willing to work in shifts. Strong analytical skills, computer proficiency, and good listening skills are essential for this role.
