Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Associates to join our support team. As the first point of contact, you will resolve store-level issues related to Point of Sale (POS) software used in retail environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats regarding POS software-related issues.
2. Assist associates with application-level and integration with store devices.3. Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to resolve technical queries.4. Follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.5. Escalate complex issues to Level 1 technical support teams as needed.
Salary Package Will go from 5.5LPA - 6.5LPA
5 Days working
2 days off Rotational Night Shift 2 way cab Facility
