Customer Support Representative

As a Customer Support Executive at Helett Enterprise LLP, your role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls courteously and professionally. - Resolve customer queries accurately and provide necessary information. - Update and maintain customer interaction records in CRM software. - Coordinate with internal teams for prompt issue resolution. - Deliver excellent service to enhance the overall customer experience. - Adhere to company policies and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach. Qualifications Required: - Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. - No knowledge of Malayalam is required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools/software. - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. - Willingness to relocate and work from Calicut, Kerala. - Immediate joiners will be given preference.
