Customer Support Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive – Chat Support to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling website/live chat inquiries, initiating conversations, understanding customer needs, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. This is a crucial role focused on converting website traffic into potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to incoming queries via website chat, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements, provide relevant information about our courses and services, and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Identify and qualify potential leads and update CRM with accurate details.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture and convert them into sales-ready leads.
• Coordinate with the sales team by providing accurate information of the lead to ensure support during the conversion process.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and lead capture strategies.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer support role (Non-Voice process)
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal (English is a must).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, live chat platforms, and lead management software.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts & working days..
