Manage a large number of incoming and outgoing calls Identify and assess the customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction Take orders from the customer over the calls Communicate and coordinate with other colleagues as and when necessary Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints within time limits, take follow-ups Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM) Qualifications Desired Qualifications: Excellent communication presentation skills Good listening and problem-solving skills Good interpersonal multi-tasking skills Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Any graduate/diploma with good knowledge of Word, Excel and Emails.
