Customer Support Rep II / Fraud Analyst (Voice Process)

You will be joining DAT as a Compliance Representative in Bangalore, India. As part of the Network Governance Team, you will be responsible for handling compliance-related calls and emails, reviewing service requests, confirming customer eligibility, and monitoring credit reviews. Your role will involve researching new accounts, verifying broker and carrier authority, and facilitating dispute resolutions. Additionally, you will maintain customer records, provide exceptional customer service, and share customer feedback to improve DAT products and services. You may also provide backup support to other Product Support teams when required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle inbound compliance related calls and emails. - Review requests for service and confirm customer eligibility. - Monitor credit reviews on new and existing accounts. - Research and verify broker and carrier authority. - Facilitate dispute resolutions and collect funds on behalf of carriers. - Maintain accurate customer records and update changes promptly. - Share customer feedback to enhance DAT products and services. - Provide backup support to other Product Support teams. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-3 years of experience in a phone queue or professional office environment working with customers. - Experience in capturing and verifying details related to insurance, trucking broker, and carrier authority preferred. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. - Outstanding customer service and communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,
