Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional tone. Document interactions and transactions accurately in the system. Guide customers through basic troubleshooting and provide product/service information. Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. Maintain high customer satisfaction through active listening and empathy. Requirements: Graduate/Undergraduate (Freshers and experienced candidates welcome). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and handle high-volume interactions. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
