* Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote products, upsell services, or follow up on inquiries. * Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions and product recommendations. * Respond to customer questions, resolve issues, and provide excellent post-sale support. * Outbound Calling experience * Converting sales on calls, it will be majorly 100-150 calls daily *Connecting with Category and Store teams *Voice process experience. Chat ,email process candidates will not work. Job Type: Permanent Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
