Job Description

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers (cold calls and warm leads). Present and promote company products/services over the phone. Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions. Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or messages to nurture and convert them. Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively. Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and with the sales team for strategy alignment. Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-learning. Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and product improvements.
