Role Overview

As a Customer Support & Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Operations

  • Handle

    inbound and outbound customer calls

    for bookings, queries, payments, cancellations, and itinerary changes.
  • Manage and update

    customer itineraries

    , coordinating with suppliers, hotels, and airlines for confirmations.
  • Ensure

    timely and empathetic resolution

    of customer grievances and escalations.
  • Track booking workflows including

    refunds, payments, and post-booking support.

  • Maintain records and operational data in CRM systems and Excel trackers.

Product Marketing & Experience

  • Gather and analyze

    customer feedback

    to identify pain points and improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to

    create communication content

    , such as travel tips, itinerary highlights, or FAQs.
  • Support

    marketing campaigns and social content

    related to destinations, offers, and user stories.
  • Share insights from customer interactions to help refine

    product features and experience flows.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent

    verbal and written communication skills

    (English & Hindi).
  • Strong

    problem-solving attitude

    with a customer-first mindset.
  • A knack for storytelling or creating engaging travel-related content is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of

    travel operations, itinerary planning, or customer handling

    preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, or Excel.
  • Prior experience or internship in the travel / tourism industry

    is highly preferred.
  • Energetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a

    fast-paced startup

    environment.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in

    Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Ops or Hospitality

    .
  • Freshers passionate about travel, operations, and marketing are welcome to apply.
