Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer queries via chat and voice calls
• Resolve customer concerns with accuracy and empathy

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate (any stream)
• Experience: Freshers & candidates with prior chat or customer service experience are welcome
• Communication: Should be confident, good comprehension & vocabulary skills
• Gender: Both Male and Female can apply
• Cab Facility: Available

Shift Details:

• Rotational Shifts (24x7 with Night Shifts)

Work Days:

• 5 Days Working
• 2 Rotational Week Off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
