Roles and Responsibilities

Possess strong English typing skills with high accuracy.
Handle customer queries via email, chat, and non-voice processes.
Provide excellent customer support to resolve issues efficiently.
Work on international chat processes for various clients.
Execute email processing tasks with attention to detail.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in BPO or related industry (customer support).
Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts majorly night shift.
Cab facility provided.
