Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, your role will involve responding promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries by telephone or email. You will need to maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies, as well as contact customers to provide accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries. Your responsibility will be to ensure great customer experience by resolving customer issues in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries - Maintain updated knowledge of products, services, and customer service policies - Contact customers to provide accurate feedback on their inquiries - Ensure great customer experience by resolving issues in a timely manner Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in a similar role - Strong command of written and verbal English - Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations - Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to customers - Great problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently Additional details: You will be evaluated based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) such as Customer Satisfaction, handling queries within the Turnaround Time (TAT), ensuring TAT is not breached, client retention, and posting new offers and announcements on social media.
