Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive-Telugu & Kannada, located in Noida. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction through online support, and providing technical support. Day-to-day tasks will include answering customer calls and emails, resolving issues, and providing product information to customers in Telugu and Kannada. Qualifications Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills Online Support and Technical Support skills Excellent communication skills in Telugu and Kannada, as well as English and Hindi Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in the agricultural or rural auto industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Show more Show less
