Teleperformance Global services is looking for Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex issues to higher-level support as needed Document customer interactions and transactions in a clear and concise manner Provide feedback to management and other departments to improve customer service and support processes Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Good organizational and time management skills Familiarity with customer service and support software, such as a CRM or help desk platform
