Job Title: Customer Support Executive Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai Work Mode: Work from Office About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and are eager to grow their careers with a global leader. If you're a fluent English speaker and also speak Hindi, Telugu, or Malayalam. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer interactions via phone or other communication channels Resolve queries efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Eligibility Criteria: 12th Pass or any Graduate Good communication skills in English and one of the following: Hindi / Telugu / Malayalam Immediate joiners preferred Job Details: 6 days working with 1 rotational week off (No fixed Sunday off) Rotational day shifts (No night shifts) Salary: 13,000 Take Home / 15,000 CTC Contact: HR Puja 93944 69218
