Job Description

As a Customer Success Associate at PhonePe Motor Insurance/Life insurance in Pune (Kharadi), you play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving queries effectively. You will be responsible for: - Handling customer queries and providing accurate information about PhonePe services. - Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner. - Maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance during customer interactions. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Graduation from any field. - Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. PhonePe is seeking candidates with insurance background and sales acumen. Experience in life insurance for a minimum of 6 months is an added advantage. Knowledge of Mutual Funds and ULIP Plans will be beneficial. The interview process includes: - HR Round - Versant 6 Certification - Written Assessment - Operations Round - Client Round This position offers a salary ranging from 28,500 CTC to 40,000 per month CTC along with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work mode is in-person at the office with rotational shifts and a 6-day working schedule. The preferred candidates are freshers with excellent communication skills who are passionate about assisting customers.
