Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive - Tamil located in Hyderabad. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day tasks including providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing online support, and offering technical support. The role focuses on addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance via various communication channels.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Online Support and Technical Support skills
• Proficiency in Tamil and English languages
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
